Patriotic Millionaires Canada is a group of wealthy individuals who understand that expanding inequality corrupts our economy, our politics, and our society, that the tax code is a driver of that inequality, and that it can also be part of the solution. 

We leverage the voice and influence of wealthy Canadians who want to live in a country where everyone can experience economic security, where both businesses and workers can thrive, and where economic justice is made a reality.

We know that wealth is not built in a vacuum, and acknowledge three crucial points:

1. To create our wealth we relied on a healthy, educated, and housed workforce and consumer base, high quality infrastructure, and a stable environment. 

2. We have benefited more than the average Canadian from investments in infrastructure, healthcare, education, housing, the workforce, the environment, and elsewhere.

3. Taxes are how those investments are funded, and those of us who have benefitted the most should pay the most.

For too long, the Canadian tax code has favored the wealthy over workers and every day Canadians, and as the beneficiaries of that imbalance, we are calling for policies that reverse that trend.
